Dear Parents/Guardians, We are delighted that you have chosen Raposinhos and we are looking forward to welcome and entertain your children in our clubs. The clubs endeavour to address the needs of each child, and offer a varied and creative programme of activities. Our aim is to provide fun in a safe and welcoming environment where your children feel confortable and happy during their stay. We take our responsability for looking after your child very seriously. In order to provide quality chilcare we ask you to enroll each child into the club by filling the Registration Form which you will find attached, and to please take time to read the following important Terms and Conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Martinhal is pleased to be able to offer membership to “Raposinhos” Kids Club which has 4 different clubs, according to the age of children: Creche (6 to 23 months); Kids Club Rapozinhos (2 to 3 years old), Fox Club (4 to 6 years old) and Explorers Nature Camp (7 – 13 years old).

• For the safety and enjoyment of all involved, children can only be accepted into the club for their age group;

• At the moment, parents are not allowed to remain in the clubs during the sessions.

• Please send this registration form, before your arrival, via email to: concierge.sagres@martinhal.com

• Bookings: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours prior to session.

• Spaces on the same day are subject to avaliabilty and can booked on a “first come, first served” basis.

• Cancellations: Sessions cancelled 24 or more hours before the session will not be charged. Cancellations within the 24 hours before session or non attendance to a session (without a valid reason) will be fully charged – No Show Fee.

• Personal Hygiene: Parents should provide nappies, wipes, nappy cream and other hygiene products, as well as spare clothes for their children.

• Please keep personal belongings in an individual bag and identify with the child´s name.

• Parents/guardians must be responsible for the good behaviour of children travelling with them. Raposinhos staff reserve the right to refuse any application for membership and/or withdraw the right of membership from any child if the member’s behaviour affects the safety and enjoyment of the other members.

• For safety reasons we require that each child is brough to the club by a parent or guardian and signed in using the club’s activity register. Our staff are under strict instructions not to allow children to leave the club unless they have been signed out (by parent or guardian who have previously signed the “Registration Form”). Due to this, we also respectfully ask you to keep an eye on the time and be punctual. If an adult other than the parent/guardian known to the club staff will be collecting and signing out your child, please inform our staff through the “Registration form” and/or the “activity register”.

• Should a parent/guardian not be contactable immediately in case of an emergency, the children’s club staff has the right to act accordingly in the best interests of the child.

• For the health and safety of all children and staff in the clubs, children who have been sick in the 24 hours before coming to the club, will not be allowed to attend the club. Please contact reception or kids club to cancel your reservation.

• If your child has any allergy, disability or special needs, or is taking medication of any kind, please inform the kids club staff through the “Registration form”. These informations will enable the children’s staff to cater for the children accordingly to their needs;

• Due to safety and insurance requirements, all medication must be administered by parents/guardians personally, without exception. If your child does require routine medication during their time in the club, parents/guardians must come to the club to administer the medicine;

Estimados Pais / Tutores, Agradecemos desde já ter escolhido o Raposinhos, estamos ansiosos por receber e entreter as suas crianças nos nossos clubes. Estes procuram satisfazer as necessidades de cada criança e oferecer um programa de actividades variado e criativo. O nosso objectivo é proporcionar diversão num ambiente seguro e acolhedor onde os seus filhos se sintam confortáveis e felizes durante a sua estadia. Encaramos a responsabilidade de tomar conta das suas crianças com muita seriedade. Para que possamos prestar um serviço de qualidade, agradecemos que preencha o formulário de inscrição, no verso desta folha, ou anexado à mesma, e leia atentamente os termos e condições abaixo.

TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES

• O Martinhal tem o prazer de oferecer o serviço de Kids Club “Raposinhos”. Este é composto por 4 clubes: Creche (dos 6 aos 23 meses); Kids Club Rapozinhos (dos 2 aos 3 anos), o Fox Club (dos 4 aos 6 anos), e o Explorers Nature Camp (7 – 13 anos).

• Para segurança e satisfação de todos os envolvidos, as crianças só podem ser aceites no clube destinado ao seu grupo etário; • De momento, não é permitida a permanência dos pais no Clubes durante as sessões.

• Envie o formulário de inscrição, antes da sua chegada, via email para concierge.sagres@martinhal.com

• Marcações: as sessões deverão ser reservadas com uma antecedência mínima de 24 horas;

• Marcações para o próprio dia estão sujeitas a disponibilidade e serão atribuídos por ordem de chegada;

• Cancelamentos: sessões canceladas com mais de 24 horas de antecedência não serão cobradas. Em sessões canceladas com menos de 24 horas de antecedência ou não comparência na sessão, será cobrada a sessão por inteiro – No Show Fee; • Higiene Pessoal: crianças deverão trazer fraldas, toalhitas, creme de muda de fralda e outros artigos de higiene pessoal, assim como roupa suplente;

• Coloque em saco individual e identificado com o nome da criança.

• Os pais / tutores são responsáveis pelo bom comportamento das crianças que viajam com eles. A equipa Raposinhos reserva-se o direito de recusar inscrições ou retirar o acesso aos clubes a qualquer criança, caso o seu comportamento afecte a segurança e bem-estar das outras crianças;

• Por razões de segurança pedimos que a criança se faça acompanhar pelos respectivos pais / tutores e que estes assinem o registo de entrada no respectivo clube. A nossa equipa tem instruções para não deixar a criança sair sem que o mesmo registo seja assinado também à saída (pelos pais/tutores que tenham previamente assinado o “Formulário de Inscrição”). Assim, pedimos respeitosamente que tenha atenção aos horários e seja pontual. Se desejar que outra pessoa substitua os pais / tutores na entrada ou saída da criança, deverá informar a equipa Raposinhos através do “Formulário de Inscrição” ou “Registo da Actividade”;

• Se os pais /tutores não estiverem contactáveis, em caso de emergência, a equipa Raposinhos reserva-se o direito de agir para garantir o bem-estar da criança;

• Para segurança e saúde de todas as crianças e colaboradores, crianças que tenham estado doentes nas 24 horas anteriores à sessão, não deverão frequentar os clubes Raposinhos. Por favor cancele a sua reserva através da Recepção, ou directamente com a equipa Raposinhos;

• Se a sua criança sofre de alguma alergia, requer algum cuidado especial ou está a tomar medicação, a equipa Raposinhos deverá ser informada através do “Formulário de Inscrição”. Estas informações permitirão prestar um melhor serviço e agir de forma adequada;

• Devido a requisitos de segurança, toda a medicação, sem excepção, dever ser administrada pelos pais / tutores pessoalmente. Se a criança necessitar de alguma rotina médica durante o tempo no clube, os pais / tutores deverão deslocar-se ao clube para administrar a medicação;
